1. Returns
– Eligibility: Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a return authorization that is made available by contacting ITX Medical Supply . To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Any returns will be subject to 25% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
– Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
– Opened or used personal care items
– Customized products
– Items marked as final sale

Include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Refunds
– Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
– Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
– Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
